Champagne Ayala Le Blanc de Blancs 2017 Brut

Bright, light yellow, with a very fine and abundant bubble. Delicate, but already very expressive, the nose features a great aromatic freshness, with notes of lemon, white fruits, yellow plums and frangipani. Right from the start, it is light, yet voluptuous and vibrant, showing a silky texture with a touch of raciness. It features notes of citrus fruit and white flowers, culminating in a long finish, tightly wound on a pure line of the chalky minerality that Côte des Blancs is famous for.
